Description
Indium is available as elemental Indium ultra- high purity pellets ( 99.999%). Indium(I) bromide is also available in pellet form. Monovalent and trivalent Indium iodides are available as beads. Indium compounds are used in organic reactions to form organoindium complexes. Indium iodide is also used in semiconductor nanomaterial synthesis.
